She couldn't help it - in fact, she was certain she was thoroughly justified to sigh like the weight of the world was on her shoulders now. Well, perhaps not the weight of the world. Just that of her 'day pack' and a backpacker rucksack with her most important stuff, an overeager dog tugging on the leash held in her left hand, and a printed piece of paper in her right - only said dog had used it as a snack for a bit, and she quite honestly could no longer make out all the details. That was... Bothersome. At the very least.
With the sigh out of her system, she took a moment to just breathe in and out, smooth out the frown she knew had been disfiguring her forehead for the past ten minutes, give a tug back on the leash to keep Naria in control, and then head off to the main office. Although the majority of enrolling had been done already online, she needed to show her face for a bit too. She could understand it, of course she could, but that didn't necessarily mean she was happy with it. Not when she had come straight off a very long flight and wasn't sure what was next on her list - checking on her horses or go straight to bed. Granted, to get to bed she needed to show her face in the office, because she didn't know which dorm room was hers, nor did she have keys yet.
Mumbling something under her breath, she made her way to the office, glad that -for now, anyway- Naria stayed obediently next to her, occasionally ducking her head when the bag swung by, and her backpack had finally given up its attempts of falling down.
A smile flashed across her features when she found the right door. Still smiling softly she pushed it open, unceremoniously dumping her bags the moment she was inside, making sure they were out of the way before she turned back, giving Naria a quick caress in the process. "Hello," she greeted the secretary behind the desk, unable to keep some of the tension and the nerves out of her voice. "I'm supposed to report here after arrival?" The question was audible in her voice, and a thin smile flickered in her eyes before she continued again. "I'm Jules Aveline. Well, J.K. Aveline, in your records," she amended, not even able to recount last time she had actually introduced herself as Julietta. The name wasn't bad at all, just... Long. And not entirely her.
